Services

I provide web design, web development, Shopify builds, and related digital services on a project basis. All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Project Agreements

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project becomes your property. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, or assets incorporated into your project are subject to their respective licenses.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as needed to keep the project on schedule. Delays caused by late client responses may affect the project timeline without affecting agreed payment terms.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables or this website. My total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential and will not share details of your project or business with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
